OVERNIGHT OATS WITH RASPBERRY CHIA JAM

TIME: 4 HOURS

INGREDIENTS

1/2 C quick oats⁠

2 TBSP chia seeds⁠

3 TBSP plain greek yogurt⁠

1 TBSP vanilla extract⁠

1 TBSP coconut sugar⁠

5-6 oz. water⁠

2 TBSP Raspberry Chia Jam

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add oats, chia seeds, and water to an airtight jar. Mix and let sit in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours or overnight. Add yogurt, vanilla, and coconut sugar and mix well. Top with Raspberry Chia Jam and any other desired toppings.
