Katie discovered POUND when she walked into her first Pro Training, and it quickly became more than just a workout. POUND played a powerful role in helping her break through social anxiety and step into her voice as a leader, shaping the way she teaches today.
As an ICON, Katie is passionate about creating spaces that feel welcoming and encouraging, where people experience true joy and belonging. “Finding the fun in fitness” is her motto, and her hope is that you leave each class and training with a smile, and a little sweat too.
How do you help someone who’s stepping out of their comfort zone for the first time?
I remind them they don’t have to be perfect. I offer options and encouragement so they can move at their own pace.

Creating a space where everyone feels encouraged and celebrated, no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
What’s your go-to music genre?
Pop and Alternative. The Jonas Brothers and Fall Out Boy are two longtime favorites.

Proud of themselves, more confident than when they walked in, and reminded that fitness can feel supportive, empowering, and fun.
