They travel the world as an extension of POUND to elevate our united beat, one POUND Pro at a time. They are the educators, the rebels, the humble and electric. With different life and career experiences, personalities and uniqueness, they are the true representation of our BRAND. Let them inspire you, let them MOVE you.

Mayka Sack

Mayka has been an ICON since 2021, and as part of the first team to earn their ICON status through a hybrid virtual experience, she proudly exemplifies that meaningful  human connection knows no boundaries. Passionate about movement, music, and making an impact, she has spent over a decade building her own fitness business in Berlin—a wild, vibrant place that fuels her energy and drive. With a background in sports therapy and prevention as well as sports management, Mayka brings knowledge, fire, and heart to every session. Whether coaching and leading group fitness classes, sports modeling, or nutrition coaching, Mayka believe in the power of fitness to create lasting change—inside and out.

If you step into a class or training with Mayka, get ready for excitement, strength, and passion that you can feel. She connects deeply with every person in the room—whether they’re loud, quiet, or somewhere in between—making every beat, every movement, and every moment count.
