Yeliz Savaş Dingler is a movement educator based in Maryland, USA. With a background as a former principal ballet dancer and over ten years of experience teaching functional anatomy, she brings a clear, structured, and energetic approach to every class. As a certified Pilates and POUND instructor, she combines technical knowledge, rhythm, and intuitive teaching to create a strong and supportive learning environment.
You’ll leave her training with a solid understanding of POUND, ready to teach, and inspired to lead.
How do you help someone who’s stepping out of their comfort zone for the first time?
I create a safe, non-judgmental space, celebrate small wins, and remind them they’re braver than they think—movement is freedom!
What’s a non-fitness skill that makes you a stronger teacher?
My superpower is empathy. I sense people’s energy and emotions quickly, and respond to what they need—so they always leave class feeling seen, supported, and better than when they arrived.
What’s your all-time favorite track to end POUND class with a bang?
Hit The Road Jack has been my favorite track since I first heard it in training. It’s powerful, fun, and always the perfect way to end class with impact.
What is your first POUND memory?
In 2017, I joined Amplify training in LA. When Kirsten Potenza opened the door, I screamed with joy and hugged her. Meeting someone who inspired me so deeply made it truly unforgettable.
