Rachel Burnham is an Ohio based ICON. Growing up as a tap dancer, she was instantly drawn to the rhythms found in POUND, as well as the combination of movement and music. Becoming a POUND Pro was Rachel’s first step into the group exercise realm and it was love at first strike. She is now an ACE and AFAA certified group exercise instructor and her goal is to help others find joy through movement. Rachel and her husband also own a boutique fitness studio called Rockstar Wellness LLC, in Marietta, Ohio and strive to build a strong community through fitness.

Don’t be afraid to be yourself and break out of your shell! Awesome things will happen when you step out of your comfort zone.
