Can I still participate in a POUND class if I’m injured?

Your safety always comes first! If you’re currently injured or recovering from any condition, you should get clearance from your doctor or licensed healthcare provider before attending a POUND class. They know your injury best and can tell you what movements are safe for your body.

Once you have permission from a medical professional, you can talk with your local POUND Pro before class about your injury. Pros can offer modification options, help you adjust movement intensity, and guide you toward choices that feel supportive instead of stressful.

Every body is different, and healing looks different for everyone. Listening to your doctor, listening to your body, and communicating with your instructor are the best ways to keep your experience safe, strong, and empowering.

If you ever feel unsure, it’s always better to pause, check in with your healthcare provider, and return to class when you’re ready to ROCK.
