Your safety is the top priority. If you’re pregnant or think you might be, you should get approval from your doctor or licensed healthcare provider before attending any POUND class or enrolling in a POUND Training. Every pregnancy is different, and your provider is the best person to tell you what movements and exertion levels are appropriate for you.
Once you have your doctor’s permission, here’s what to do:
If you’re attending a POUND class
Talk with your local POUND Pro before class. Let them know you’re expecting so they can offer modification options, help you manage intensity, and guide you toward movements that feel strong and supported.
If you’re attending a POUND Training
Reach out to us directly before your training date. We’ll help you connect with your ICON, and we’ll make sure they’re aware so they can support you with modifications, pacing guidance, and anything else you may need throughout the session or, worst case, we can reschedule your Training. We’re happy to be flexible!
Listening to your body is key. If something feels uncomfortable or too intense, you can always slow down, modify, or pause. When you’re cleared by your doctor, comfortable in your movements, and ready to ROCK, we’ll be right there with you.
