To cancel your subscription to The Label, visit My Account and scroll down to find Freeze or Cancel Subscription.
Under the NEED TO PAUSE section, select “No, I prefer to cancel” and follow the prompts to completion. You can check the status under My Account by scrolling down to Membership, where it will show as canceled. You should also receive a confirmation email.
If you choose to cancel your subscription to The Label, your status as a POUND Pro becomes inactive. This means you are no longer authorized to teach POUND classes, and several key Pro benefits will no longer be available.
You will still be able to log in to The Label to download your training certificate at any time. If your cancellation occurred within the last six months, you will also see an option to re‑subscribe by logging back into your account.
