AFAA has moved to a decimal CEC system, matching NASM's format. A training or education that used to show "7.0 CECs" will now show "0.7 CECs" for both AFAA and NASM and will use the same provider number. This will show up on certificates of completion for all trainings and education going forward.

Aneta Kaszkowiak has spent the last decade turning strangers into a rockstar community, one class/event/training at a time. Ask Pros in and around Poland how they found POUND, and most will tell you it started with her.
Based in Poznań, Poland, Aneta is POUND's only ICON in the country. A pianist at heart, music has always run through her, and the second she took her first POUND class in 2015, she was hooked. She's been a POUND Pro ever since, an ICON since 2016, and a fixture at conventions and master classes around the world.
In addition to being an ICON and noise maker, Aneta is a mom of three. She is warm and thoughtful, and even though she is incredibly busy, she slows down to make sure you feel like family within minutes of meeting her.
