We’re heading into the last three months of 2026, and we 👏 are 👏 excited 👏! This is the stretch where we start tying bows on everything left this year and begin planning what’s ahead for 2027. Keep scrolling to see what’s happening this month!

2026 TRAINING CALENDAR
We’re hard at work securing the 2027 training calendar, and we’re so grateful for the energy in your responses and planning! Our goal is to lock the roadmap and secure hosts as far in advance as we can, so we can start POUNDing the pavement to fill them.
With that in mind, the 2026 training calendar locks on October 31. If you have training suggestions or ICON Booked training requests, please get them in before then. Anything received after that date will be nudged to January.
FREE FOR ICONS
Friendly reminder: each year, ICONs can take 2 free Pro Skills courses (virtual or in-person) to keep learning and growing while supporting each other. This perk includes Band Practice events! Email [email protected] when you spot the Pro Skills courses you’d like to attend for free, and don’t let these slip by before the year wraps up.
REFERRAL UPGRADE
We’re leveling up your referral experience. Starting soon, we’re moving to a new platform designed to make everything smoother, faster, and way more rewarding.
What's changing:
New home: Ambassador. “My Referrals” will now take you to a new platform where you can access your code, links, and new share tools (including QR codes).
💸 Points = more flexibility. Referral bonuses are now points you can redeem for cash (via PayPal) or other rewards.
⏱ No more waiting. Redeem your rewards whenever you want! no quarterly payout delays.
What's staying the same:
🥁 Your code stays the same
🎟 $50 OFF still applies
💰 You still earn $20 USD per referral
🔗 Custom links still exist
What's next:
Watch out for an email later this month announcing that the platform is live! It will include instructions for signing up, along with a quick tutorial video showing you how to use the platform.

Cass has been rocking out with POUND since late 2018, and believe it or not, it was the first fitness format she ever taught! What hooked her was the freedom of a room where she could be loud, a little wild, and completely herself, and still walk out feeling serene.
