Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. It may take up to one business day for your tracking information to update.
Please ensure all information is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, our warehouse immediately begins processing the order making it difficult for orders to be altered or changed.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. Packages may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.

All shipping costs, domestic and international, are calculated by the respective courier and not determined by POUND. POUND cannot alter shipping costs in any way.
