Regan Harville is a Boston-based ICON. She began dancing at a young age and has been using music and movement as an outlet for her contagious energy ever since. Regan started with ballet, but quickly discovered that the rhythm and energy of tap was more her style.
Regan is a ACE and AFAA Certified Group Exercise instructor and has been teaching for over six years. She believes that working out should be fun and approachable, and encourages her students to get lost in the music that drives her classes. Her passion for fitness began when her college roommate introduced her to Zumba®. She immediately fell in love with group exercise, taking daily classes, and eventually becoming licensed to teach Zumba® in 2013.
Regan became a POUND® Pro in 2015 and she loves that people at any age and any stage can connect to POUND®. When Regan first experienced POUND®, she was immediately moved by the beat and music, bringing her back to her tap dancing days. She loves that POUND® means something different for every person who takes a class. It inspires individuality, promotes self-confidence, and celebrates authenticity, and those are values that Regan demonstrates in every class she teaches.
As a POUND® ICON, Regan gets to experience that “love at first strike” over and over again, though the eyes of new POUND® Pros. She is honored to be able to empower countless others to celebrate and be their best selves. When she is not teaching POUND®, Regan works as a graphic designer and spends time with her family and cat. She also enjoys running and is always training for her next road race. And of course, like a true Bostonian, in her free time she can be found cheering on the Red Sox at Fenway Park.
