I love Pound. I took Pound for about 8 years when my instructor Theresa asked if I would be interested in teaching Pound. My first thought was I'm too old to teach. On the weekend of my 64th birthday, I finally took the plunge, and took the training. I have been a Pound Pro for almost 2 years. Just remember you are never too old to teach or take Pound.
