Hey there! What started out as a goal to teach Pound to my PE students turned into also teaching Pound at gyms, through community education programs and eventually the Y. I admire everyone's individual dance and rhythm style, so solos are totally welcome in my classes! I'm super grateful to be a part of the Pound community with you!
