I am an Idaho gal, born and raised. I live on a small acreage in rural Jerome. I am a happily married mom of 4 and "Grammie" of 12. I've always loved music and dance. I've taken Pilates and Zumba classes and like those, but found I wanted something different, then I found Pound, loved what I saw, and knew I wanted to teach it.
