I became a POUND Pro August 26, 2017, and then a Generation POUND Pro June 10, 2018. I LOVE POUND!! I am ACE group exercise certified, and have certifications in PiYo from BeachBody Live, CXWorx certification through Les Mills, and Chair One. I am also an ACE Weight Management Specialist, and ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am currently teaching POUND, CoreFusion and PiYo at Power UP OCT in Galax, VA.
