Shelly has a BS in Kinesiology/Health Promotion from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Health Education Specialist, and Wellness Manager for Power Design. Her commitment to helping people improve their well-being began at age 18 when she obtained her first certification in group exercise. Her primary mission is to create a healthy work culture that inspires sustainable behavior change.
