KATIE ROWLAND

Katie Rowland is an energetic ICON living in Boise, Idaho with her husband and three children. When she found her love for fitness, she jumped in with both feet. Katie has an academic background which includes a degree in Exercise Science, a diverse set of specialty programs, and certifications in Personal Training and Group Fitness. Her first POUND experience was the day that she walked into POUND Pro Training where she instantly fell in love. POUND was the missing piece to help her continue reaching for new heights after breaking through the shell of social anxiety. Katie understands the power that can come from a supportive fitness community and that is her biggest passion as an ICON and fitness enthusiast.
