Will it be a problem if the training takes place during “quiet hours” and/or I have neighbors and I must be mindful of how much noise I make?

    • Absolutely not! Your ICON can help you modify your movements during the training so that you make minimal noise. The important thing is that you understand HOW to teach POUND safely and accurately. During the training day, you can do that without making a lot of noise (save the noise-making for your first class!)
