To earn your POUND Pro license and any applicable CEC credits, you must be present and clearly visible for the entire training day.
Because of this, it is important to prepare ahead of time and make sure your setup is solid before training begins. This includes testing your space, camera, Wi‑Fi connection, and power source in advance.
If you are late, need to leave early, or are offline or off‑screen for more than 60 minutes total during the training day, excluding scheduled breaks, POUND may withhold your license and require you to attend another training.
In that situation:
- Your registration may be transferred to a future training.
- A refund of your training fees will not be issued.
