Born and raised in Lebanon, Rita Mitri is also a Lebanese actress and producer. She is renowned for her Fun Fitness events and Master Classes all over Lebanon and also for her appearances on entertaining live TV shows and interviews. It is there that she reveals the life changing POWER of POUND and how it has made a positive difference to the world and to the inspiring community of active instructors and fitness enthusiasts that she has been building for the past 7 years. She considers sharing knowledge, energy, and her experience with her participants to be a gift of growth, and the human connection, her Life Goal.

What are your 3 earliest memories in life?

At 3 years old, I saw a black worm in the shape of a ring on the wall. I actually put my index finger through it, thinking it was an actual ring! It moved and ever since then, I’ve had scoleciphobia (fear of worms)

Doing the honeymoon before the wedding, then eventually returning the ring :p

Randa the 65 year old Grandma / Harley Davidson biker attending my weekly class since 2017 as well as the 16 year old teen rebel, both fighting stress with magic sticks! They are the loudest example of POUND IS FOR ANY AGE ANY STAGE
