HI POUND PEEPS!!
I am a cajun queen, fitness junkie!! (which is a complete oxymoron-for those of you who know the cajun culture- haha)
I am from the heart of Acadiana (Lafayette, Louisiana) and have been in the fitness industry for 21 years. You name it, I've taught it! Movement has been a part of my life since I was 2, when I started my journey in dance. I danced for 29 years and taught for 13 as well. I am a huge sucker for the stage, and because of that I have held many State Pageant Titles, 1 National Title and am a WBFF Bikini Pro.
I have been married to my partner in crime, Robert, for 11 years now and we have 4 fur babies that keep our house a wreck! In the little spare time I have, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling! I LOVE to take vacations to explore. Anything that takes me on a new adventure is welcome! I am always getting into new things, taking new classes, or learning new trades. I am a firm believer in finding happiness from within and I truly "believe all of our lives are interconnected and we are to learn from one another's experiences" (quoted by Imaculee Ilibageeza). I have found new meaning in life since I have been released to unleash my inner ROCKSTAR!! I have been a part of the POUND ICON team for 5 years- which I am so humbled about. I absolutely LOVE bringing POUND to people's live and teaching them to spread their little honey bee wings and pollinate the rest of the world with the POUND LOVE!
