I became a Pro on a Sunday in May of 2015 and led a class 5 days later to a group whom been POUNDing for over 2 years! Needless to say I had to learn fast and have confidence, which was hard with this being my first format instructing other than boot camp style workouts...The good news is this crew welcomed me with open Stix and its been a love affair ever since. To this day I still get butterflies and will keep going the BEST I can! ROCK ON!!!!!
