Pound Pro Lindy is the owner and manager of Hound Dog Fit, a fully equipped gym in the country town of Pittsworth, Queensland. Lindy is a qualified musician, having played the flute since the age of 8, gaining her Letters in Music while studying at uni. Pound is a great fusion of Lindy's passions of music and fitness, providing clients with a new and innovative approach to health and fitness, and of course, FUN!
