The first Pound class I ever took, I left feeling totally overwhelmed but completely IN LOVE with the format and became certified in November 2017. When Generation Pound was released in 2018, I just had to get certified for that too! Pound Unplugged has a whole different feel that's hard to put into words. They are all amazing workouts and I would love to share them with you.
