I am an ACE certified GFI and Pound Tour Crew! In 2017, while attending a fitness convention in Atlantic City, I took my very first Pound class, falling in love at first strike. Of all the formats I have taught, POUND is my #1 favorite! Hope you will rock with me and make noise!
