Emily has committed the last 20+ years of her career to caring for others and providing medical and emotional support to her patients. In 2018 she spontaneously took a POUND class, and like many others she "fell in love at first strike". That very day she signed up to become a POUND instructor. Most recently she trained in LA to become a POUND UNPLUGGED instructor and can't wait to teach the Rock & Reset formaty to others.
