After teaching various formats for many years, I can honestly say that Pound is my favorite! I'm an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor. I am a "music junkie", I love the mountains (especially the Rockies where I am from), and snow skiing! My husband is an amazing support. I'm also mom to 4 busy sons, and a daughter in heaven.
