Hi Rockstars! My name is Alicia and I have been teaching group fitness classes since September 2018, I became a POUND Pro in November 2018 and an Amplified POUND Pro in March 2019. I love POUND because no matter how a day is going, or what kind of person someone is, we all come together and we are all ROCKSTARS, killing our setlist!
