I have been teaching Yoga and Fitness for over 15 years. I am a traveling student that will never cease to learn, discover, and share findings with others. My teachings aim to use yoga and fitness tools to meet clients physical, mental, and emotional health needs, empowering them to discover their unique expression and individuality while embracing their full potential thus improving quality of life.
