I am a certified POUND Pro instructor, mental health advocate, and owner of PMM. Since 2021, I have combined fitness and community support by raising funds for mental health initiatives. In 2024, I launched in-person classes to overcome stage fright, proving that it's never too late to embrace new challenges. Now approaching 50, I continue to inspire others through movement, mindfulness, and advocacy.
