🥁 Pound Pro since 2022 🥁

Pound found me in 2018, and it's been my therapy ever since! As a yoga teacher and group fitness instructor, I've discovered the power of rhythm to heal and energize. And the power of Ripstix to let go.
Join me on the mat for a transformative journey that's all about letting go, feeling the beat, and embracing the rhythm.
Let's drum, sweat, and find our inner rockstars together!
