My passion for working out started in my early 20s which turned into a passion for teaching classes, yes, even as an introvert I came alive infront of a class. Career and pregnancy took me 'away' from teaching for several years but was brought back to my passion when I found myself a stay at home mom to a MIRACULOUS boy - Moving my body in my 30s was different in the best way & now I get to add ROCKING OUT to my resume!
