Aneta Osuch fell in love with POUND after the first strike of her Ripstix® and she can’t wait to share her love for POUND® all over Poland and Europe! There’s nothing she does that isn’t driven by passion—from POUND to cooking to playing the piano, Aneta always gives 110% of her heart. You’ll leave one of Aneta’s trainings with deep understanding of the POUND positions thanks to her crisp movement and strength. With a bubbly, high-energy personality you’ll never want to miss one of her classes! As an all-around fitness enthusiast, when Aneta isn’t leading POUND trainings and classes she can be found participating at local workshops and attending fitness conventions all over Europe.
If you could have dinner with anyone from history, who would it be? I would like to have dinner with Anna Przybylska. She was a famous Polish actress, she passed away of cancer a few years ago at the age of 36. She was a unique woman, very smart, charismatic and beautiful inside and out. She was strong and never gave up for what she believed in—fighting for women’s rights. She was a true inspiration for many people and for me personally.
What’s the most courageous thing you’ve ever done? Courage is something subjective. Something that is courageous for me can be something usual for someone else. From my point of view the most extreme things I’ve ever done was flying a glider and going sailing for one week despite the fact that I knew I had a seasickness. I just try to be brave in a daily life, always think positive and try to find a solution instead of complaining.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve received? If you don’t like where you are, move. You are not a tree.
Whom do you secretly admire? My mom. She is the most loving and understanding person I know.
What do you want people to say about you once you’re gone? I want people to say the truth. I hope they will say only good things otherwise I will haunt them. Just kidding!
Who’s your favorite rockstar (actual or figurative) and why? Michael Jackson, he was not only a very talented singer, dancer, choreographer, but a genius artist and very sensitive man.
