Massachusetts-based ICON, Cassie Burke Martinson’s love for POUND started immediately after her first POUND class in 2013. The ability to not workout with the music, but in it, was something she had never experienced. POUND gave Cassie the chance to become who she wanted to be for those 45 minutes; an aggressive, total bad@$$, rockstar. Cassie loves that POUND has given her the ability to work with all populations, incorporating all of her loves—education, movement, music and fitness—into one! Cassie can’t wait to share her love of that “AHH feeling” you get after POUND and is so excited to share her passion for this fitness format that she believes can truly change people’s lives, in all ages and stages! She truly believes in POUND’s mission to change minds before bodies and spreading this movement of fitness REBELS.
