For Eszter Mezei, POUND is a place where she can be herself and express love and support for her community. She began as a group fitness instructor 20 years ago, and after working as a gym manager, she is now running her own fitness business with her family. Workouts driven by music and rhythm where she gets to move her body, disconnect from her brain, and feel freedom in her soul (like POUND!) are what bring her joy. Eszter strives to create a community that believes exercise is not just for the body, and where everyone supports, helps, and encourages each other. She believes that we can all set aside a little time to take care of ourselves each day!
