Born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, Jad Abi Ghosn completed his studies in Civil Engineering and has been working in the field since 2008. However, his passion for music and fitness led him to enroll in a group fitness training in 2009 and since then, he has also been teaching POUND and fitness classes. Jad struck his Ripstix together for the first time during his POUND Pro training in 2018, and he knew back then that he would be sharing his love of POUND with others and inspiring them to teach it!
To Jad, POUND is not a regular fitness class but rather an experience. He makes sure all participants are fully immersed in it by becoming the music and unleashing their inner rockstar while sweating it all out.
