Joanna Chua is a Singapore-based ICON with more than 10 years of teaching experience in the fitness industry. Easygoing and cheerful, Joanna creates a welcoming environment for her participants to let loose and release their inner rockstar. What’s the first thing you do when you get home from a trip? Hug my family and spend quality time with them— my dog included!
What’s one thing you’d tell your 13-year-old self? It’s ok if you’re not popular or fit into cliques. What matters is what you think of yourself and know that your family will always be there for you.
How do you show your love for others? By helping those in need, being present to give support, lending a listening ear/shoulder and give them a hug/smile.
