If you could instantly master any skill, what would it be?
I would love to be able to instantly put people at ease upon meeting them in a new environment. To be able to lessen someone’s anxieties would be huge!
What’s your all-time favorite track to end POUND class with a bang?
‘Work’ by Apashe ft. Vo Williams! This song makes me feel like a total superhero! Everytime I rock it I feel like I should have a cape blowing in the wind behind me. It’s a total scorcher but I feel so powerful!
What’s your ultimate “me time” indulgence?
I absolutely love to travel and be outdoors! So anything involving outdoor adventures- hiking, biking, paddle boarding, downhill skiing. You name it and let’s go!
