An award-winning dancer, choreographer and longtime fitness instructor/director, Michele loves to share her passion for Pilates and POUND with others. Taking care of my mind, body and soul is a priority to me. A nice massage to the sounds of some of my favorite tunes, helps me reset physically and emotionally. Take time for you! Prioritize you! It could be a 10 minute foot massage or a full 60 minutes relaxing experience. Nourish your body and your mind will thank you!
