What’s the one thing you always tell your class before starting?
The last thing I always ask of my participants before I press play is to make sure they have fun. I remind them not to take it too seriously and just enjoy the music and movement. There are no wrong moves just FUN, that’s the goal!
What’s a non-fitness skill that makes you a stronger teacher?
I consider myself an extremely empathetic person. This gives me the ability to really connect with my participants.
What’s your go-to music genre?
My go to music genre is anything from the 70s and 80s. The best music ever!
What is your first POUND memory?
My first POUND memory was trying POUND in Jordan for the first time ever to the warm up River by Bishop Briggs. I still get the goosebumps every time I hear that song.
What is a quote that you live by?
