Currently making noise in Redding, California, Shannon Moore‘s POUND journey began in 2016, transitioning from her career as a hairstylist, to pursue Exercise Science. In search of direction in this new role, all it took was a postcard of badasses rocking with bright green drumsticks to spark her inspiration. She became a certified Pound Pro without ever taking a class, and has been in love ever since. Self-dubbed a POUND Pioneer, Shannon has taught in several states, sharing the magic and fun wherever life takes her. POUND gave Shannon a profound purpose beyond what she imagined possible in group fitness. Her lifelong love of dance and performing creates magnetic class experiences, while her passion for people ignites an environment where everyone feels like a rockstar.
