A POUND ICON is a master trainer, as well as an ambassador of our brand, our beliefs, and our mission. They travel the world as an extension of POUND to elevate our united beat, one POUND Pro at a time. They are the educators, the rebels, the humble and electric. With different life and career experiences, personalities and uniqueness, they are the true representation of our BRAND. Let them inspire you, let them MOVE you.

Yeliz, born in Ankara, Turkey was a professional dancer and choreographer before becoming a fitness instructor. In 2017, she saw an ad for POUND online and she ordered POUND’s Rockout Results System to check it out. Once she had those Ripstix in her hands, it was love at first strike! She immediately looked for a training, and within the week, she was on a plane to Athens, Greece to become a POUND Pro, and from there, the rest is history! Yeliz continues to find POUND to be the best stress reliever, and a wonderful way to express herself.

Of her many loves, Yeliz enjoys spending time with her family, walking under trees, teaching, her students, and to travel. She’s been to 150 countries on 5 continents! And the last thing Yeliz would like to share with you is that she loves unicorns – this is her!
