POUND plans to offer optional experience add-ons on July 16, 17 and 19. Experience add-ons will be exciting, stress-free options for Pros who are looking to experience not-to-be-missed Dublin sites together with their fellow POUND Pros and travel companions (yes, that’s right! POUND will be offering experience add-ons to travel companions of Pros attending Pros Jam – bring your posse along on this epic Irish adventure!).

Accommodations
POUND is proud to partner with the iconic Alex Hotel for Pro Jam Dublin. Located at 41-47 Fenian St. Dublin 2, Ireland, The Alex’s location in the heart of the Dublin City Center makes it the ideal choice for making noise at Pro Jam AND exploring all that Dublin has to offer. A 4-star boutique hotel, Pros and their travel companions can expect to experience a premium hotel experience with ample meeting and dining options on site and within walking distance.
POUND has secured a 10% discount for our Pros choosing to stay at The Alex during their stay.
Updated January 26, 2026: Kindly note that due to a recently announced concert in Dublin, The Alex has disabled the code received post-registration and Pros should simply email The Alex reservation team at [email protected] to book with the 10% discount. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Transportation
Many airlines are running winter promotions with significant savings out of major airports. We recommend flying into the Dublin International Airport (DUB). Alternative Irish airports are Shannon (SNN), Cork (ORK), and Knock (NOC). We advise checking the travel distance from your selected airport to The Alex before booking.

Who can attend Pro Jam?
Pro Jam is exclusively for licensed Pros active on The Label and event tickets are reserved for POUND Pros only. Pros are welcome to travel with family, friends, and posse members + invite them to join the experience add-ons and any official or informal socials that may pop-up during the trip!
What is included in a Pro Jam ticket?
A full day of education and inspiration with POUND HQ, POUND’s global ICON team and guest speakers. There will be opportunities to shop exclusive event merch as well as Ripstix and staples from POUND’s merch lines. Pros will have the option to get photos taken and network with other Pros, Tour Crew, ICONs and leaders across our fitness rebel family. Oh, and also included, motivation and a showering of community support that will carry you into the second half of year – plus memories to last a lifetime!
Dining Options
The Alex offers onsite dining options at The Carriage, The Secret Garden and the Steam Cafe. With The Alex being located in the City Center of Dublin, Pros and their travel companions will find ample options nearby as well!
Band Practice Dublin
Join us July 17 from 2pm-5pm to kick off festivities with an HQ Band Practice event at The Alex Hotel! Space is limited, so be sure to register early!
Do I have to stay at the Alex?
No! Pros are welcome to secure alternative accommodations while in Ireland!
Will there be opportunities to meet up with Pros outside of Pro Jam?
Absolutely! There is a Band Practice event on July 17 from 2p-5p at The Alex as well experience add-ons being planned (details and registration coming soon!). Pros usually organize informal meetups as well, creating groups on socials to connect and plan leading up to the big week!
Cancellation Policy
We get it, life happens! Please see the cancellation policy for Pro Jam Dublin registration below:
Cancellations more than 90 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund of registration fees less any transaction fees. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to the event will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee paid, less any transaction fees, and a POUND Education Credit equal to the remaining 50%. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event will receive a POUND Education Credit equal to the registration price. Cancellations requests should be sent to [email protected]
What should I bring?
Pros should plan to bring a water bottle, mat and Ripstix with them to Pro Jam Dublin. The event will break for lunch, and Pros will have the option to dine at several nearby eateries – including onsite options at The Alex.
