This year the registration process will be done in two steps–first to register for Pro Camp through POUND and second to book your cruise cabin. Thanks to an updated agreement with Virgin, we’ve been able to secure some of the best rates for our cabins (over 20% off!) all the way until sail date. This means rates will not be subject to change after 30 days–only limited to cabin availability.
Step 1:
Register for POUND Pro Camp. This will unlock POUND’s preferred pricing for you and any non-Pro guests you choose to bring along.
Step 2:
Once your Pro Camp Registration has been paid, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book your cabin through our preferred travel agency, Send Me, at the discounted rate. A 20% minimum deposit is due upon booking. Each cabin purchased receives $300 in bar tab and up to $100* in sailor loot to share!

If you bring a friend or partner that will not be participating in camp, your registration fee will unlock the same rate, but they will not be able to register for Pro Camp sessions. Please note: Paying your Pro Camp Registration does NOT reserve your cabin on the boat. Once your Pro Camp Registration is paid, you will receive a confirmation email to book your cabin. *Insider and Sea View Cabins receive $50 in sailor loot, Sea Terraces receive $100 (per cabin).

You can access the cruise form link on the screen that follows your Pro Camp registration purchase as well as in your Pro Camp registration confirmation email. Yes, only Pros with an active membership to The Label can attend POUND’s Rock the Boat events during the voyage. If you are not yet a POUND Pro, but plan to become one prior to Rock The Boat, please email us at [email protected] and we will help you with your registration.
When you purchase your Pro Camp registration you unlock POUND’s preferred cruise pricing for a guest (1)! Simply list your guest and their contact information in the cruise form that follows your Pro Camp registration. POUND’s preferred booking agency, Send Me, will reach out to help get everyone set to sail! Your guest will be able to enjoy all of Virgin Voyage’s incredible amenities on the Valiant Lady as well as a few, specific Pro Camp events. To help ensure that our Pros all have the chance to register, now through February 14, 2024, we are limiting the number of guests that can access POUND’s preferred pricing to one (1) per Pro. On February 15, 2024, Pros may invite an unlimited number of guests pending cabin availability.
Yes! Select cabin types can accommodate up to 4 people. The agents at Send Me will go over your options at time of registration. Just click the ‘reserve now’ button above and complete the registration form to get started.
As a solo sailor, you have a few options when it comes to booking a cabin on the cruise. One option is to book a double occupancy room on your own and requesting that Send Me help pair you up with another solo sailor within POUND’s circle of guests. Another option is to complete the cruise form, share that you are still working to find a Pro/guest to share your cabin with and then later confirm with Send Me who you find. A third option is to purchase both cabin spaces and enjoy a cabin all to yourself. If choosing option one or two, we encourage you to prioritize filling out the form to get started and while there’s cabin availability.
Pros only need to pay 20% of their cabin total at time of booking to secure their spot to sail. Final payments must be made 90 days prior to the voyage.
Send Me accepts Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover on behalf of Virgin Voyages. Payment plans may be available for the U.S. and Canada. Please inquire about payment options and plans when submitting the cruise form that follows your Pro Camp registration.
The Rock the Boat registration grants access to POUND’s Rock the Boat education, events and experiences during the voyage. Rock the Boat registration is available only to Pros with an active Label membership. Cruise registration will secure your cabin and access to Virgin Voyage’s Dominican Daze amenities and experiences.
The Pro Camp experience will span 3 days in 2024. We’ve taken feedback into consideration every step of the way and are looking forward to sharing an elevated Pro Camp experience that reflects what our Pros loved and asked for. Having more free time to enjoy Virgin’s amenities and excursions, as well as to socialize, was a big request. We’ve responded to this feedback by choosing a 5-day voyage that offers a full day to enjoy the ship and attend social events – those hosted by Virgin but also new social events exclusive for POUND’s sailors!ent

Yes – Virgin Voyages requires all sailors to have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the voyage end date. Based on your country of citizenship, some ports may also require a necessary visa to travel back into the homeport after the voyage has completed. Life happens, we get it! Pros can request a full refund of their Rock the Boat registration fee up to 120 days from the voyage departure date. If less than 120 days from the voyage departure date, POUND will refund your Rock the Boat registration as a POUND credit that can be used on future trainings and events.
Virgin Voyage’s cancellation policy is different from POUND’s Rock the Boat cancellation policy.
