In 2024 we’re seeking out the Green Zones, four pillars inspired by the Blue Zones project. These Zones are at the cornerstone of what we believe has the potential to make ourselves and our communities happier, healthier and more joyful. This year, we’re motivated to CREATE a world we want to live in using what we all know best: Movement, Human Connection, LOVE and lots of noise-making.

Providing the team with insight into POUND Green Zones and direction for the year ahead, you can expect to leave this meeting feeling inspired and confident in the future. We’re setting sail for the snow-white beaches of the Dominican Republic and the crystal clear waters of Bimini Island for year two of Rock the Boat! Our voyage departs from the Port of Miami on May 10 and returns May 15. We’ve taken the feedback from our Pros into consideration every step of the way and are building an elevating Pro Camp experience that adds to everything that was loved from year one! Speaking of additions, we’ve secured a longer voyage this year with an extra day dedicated to enjoying Virgin Voyage’s incredible amenities, experiencing destination excursions and socializing (one of the biggest requests from 2023!). What is my goal for growing the POUND Pro community in my area and keeping my current POUND Pro community connected and engaged?
How many trainings do I need to book in 2024 to reach this goal?
How many Band Practices, Q&As, master classes, or meetups does my POUND community need and will best support my goals?
When and where would these opportunities be the most effective?
Who can I collaborate with and who do I need support from? (Think local ICONs, Tour Crew, Pros and Posse members and, of course, POUND HQ)
For now – don’t worry about the outcome, just focus on your purpose and setting up a plan.
