POUND Unplugged is a 30-minute class that balances focused, high-intensity movements with restorative stretches, rhythmic breathing and meditation.
POUND ROCKOUT WORKOUT
The original POUND workout, this 45-minute electrifying jam session combines cardio, strength training and plyometrics–all to your favorite soundtrack.
GENERATION POUND
Combining kid-friendly choreography and group activities, the program fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness and teamwork skills for 6-12 yr olds.
