We’re about to embark on a very special, PEACE, LOVE and RIPSTIX–filled  journey! They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, so we thought what better way to create consistency heading into Summer than our annual challenge! 

 

This year we’re celebrating what makes us unique and how individuality plays a role in our personal health & wellness–as well as our community and the world!

 

For the next 21 days, we’re challenging you to nourish your body, mind and inner rockstar through daily workouts, recipes, journal prompts and mini challenges to spark joy, connection and growth.

For many–especially those who’ve found it hard to get into a groove or stick with one recently–the primary goal of this challenge will be to establish a daily workout habit. But if that’s something you already feel good about, think about a different goal or something you want more of in your life–positivity, healthier relationships or a new career.

EACH DAY WE CHALLENGE YOU TO:

MOVE FOR 20 MINUTES

Take a local or virtual POUND class, rockout on-demand through Backstage or throw some flowers in your hair and dance to your favorite record!

EAT MINDFULLY

Fuel your body with balanced, whole foods and commit to drinking at least 2 liters of water a day. We believe that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated–use our Mixtape Meals Cookbook (below!) to help guide your meals and make sure to track your water!

HAVE A NICE DAY

Start each morning with a magical present in your inbox! Use the daily affirmations and journal prompts to document your journey and uplift your mood!

EATS

Download our Mixtape Meals recipe book (Greatest Hits edition!) for simple and delicious ways to use whole, healthy ingredients for food that’ll put a smile on your face!
