TAHINI DRESSING
ALL SAUCES CAN BE STORED IN AN AIRTIGHT JAR FOR 5-7 DAYS
DOUBLE OR TRIPLE RECIPES TO KEEP FOR MULTIPLE MEALS (WHICH IS THE GOAL!).
INGREDIENTS
¼ C tahini
¼ C lemon juice
2 TBSP EVOO
2 tsp pure maple syrup or agave nectar
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1-2 TBSP water (if needed)
1 TBSP fresh parsley, chopped
S+ P to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until fully combined.
