Three wildfires in California have displaced hundreds of thousands of people and destroyed thousands of homes. People have lost their lives, terrified animals are being evacuated, and over 135,000 acres have burned to the ground. The destruction is unbearable to witness, and we are trying to do everything we can to help. As a starting point, we are matching ALL $10 donations made to the American Red Cross. (Comment on this blog or this post on our insta feed so we know you’ve donated.) But beyond that, we wanted to share ways that you can help make an impact.
1. Adopt a family
Many have lost everything and could use clothes, housing, and funds for basic needs.
2. Ship Supplies
Ship supplies here or to one of the other organizations directly helping victims.
3. Donate to Go Fund Me Pages
Check out these Go Fund Me pages, to help a couple friends and Pros in our community who have lost absolutely everything, and donate to their cause.

5. Volunteer
If you’re in California, volunteer with Caring Choices emergency volunteer center. Sign up HERE.We believe in the power of community and the power of human connection, and its times like these when we can really make a difference and BAND TOGETHER for a cause.
By offering an ear, a smile, a word of encouragement, buying someones coffee when they least expect it, or offering to do a simple favor and offer your skills in a unique way, you can make someone’s day. By cleaning up a park or offering to coach a sports team, by taking a supporting role when things directly affect YOUR community, we can all make a difference in a big way. Everybody needs a helping hand at one point or another throughout their lives, let’s do what we can to be that for someone today!
